SMART TECH SOLUTION LLC 3-YEAR WARRANTY
1.1. Complimentary 3-Year Warranty:
Smart Tech Solution LLC provides a complimentary 3-year warranty for qualifying Laptops, Desktops, and custom PC builds exclusively purchased from Smart Tech Solution LLC.
1.2. Commencement of Hardware Warranty:
The 3-year hardware support begins after the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty. If a hardware component installed by Smart Tech Solution LLC is under the manufacturer's warranty, Smart Tech Solution LLC will facilitate the replacement with no additional charge for the component, and labor for replacement will be covered.
1.3. Post-Manufacturer Warranty Period:
For hardware components with an expired manufacturer warranty, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the part. However, Smart Tech Solution LLC will perform labor services at no additional charge.
1.4. Warranty for Custom-Built PCs:
All custom-built PCs by Smart Tech Solution LLC have the same warranty policy. Parts replacement and labor for assembly, upgrade, and replacement of failed components are covered under Smart Tech Solution LLC warranty.
2. PURCHASED PARTS SUPPORT:
2.1. Support for Parts Purchased from Smart Tech Solution LLC:
Customers purchasing PC parts from Smart Tech Solution LLC for their preassembled system or systems not assembled by Smart Tech Solution LLC will receive free support. Smart Tech Solution LLC will install, replace, or provide assistance for the purchased part at no additional charge.
3. SOFTWARE SUPPORT:
3.1. Software Support for Purchased Computers:
Computers purchased exclusively from Smart Tech Solution LLC include complimentary software support that begins immediately after the purchase. Smart Tech Solution LLC will provide assistance with software-related issues and troubleshooting.
4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
4.1. Manufacturer Warranty:
All products sold by Smart Tech Solution LLC come with a manufacturer warranty. The service agreement provided by Smart Tech Solution LLC is complementary and serves as an additional layer of support on qualifying computers.
4.2. Data Recovery Services:
Data recovery services for deleted data are not covered under Smart Tech Solution LLC's complimentary warranty and will incur additional charges.
4.3. Data Migration for New Computers:
If a customer purchases a new computer exclusively from Smart Tech Solution LLC, Smart Tech Solution LLC will migrate data from the old PC to the new one at no additional charge. Shipping costs for sending the old device to and from Smart Tech Solution LLC's facilities for data migration are the customer's responsibility if not local to Raleigh, North Carolina.
4.4. Lightning Strikes and Acts of God:
Computers damaged from lightning strikes or acts of God are not covered under Smart Tech Solution LLC's complimentary warranty.
4.5. Daily IT Services:
Dedicated daily IT services are not covered by Smart Tech Solution LLC's complimentary warranty.
4.6. Software Problems Covered:
Issues related to software problems such as blue screening, failed PC booting, and malware problems are covered under Smart Tech Solution LLC's complimentary warranty.
5. DISCLAIMERS:
5.1. Scope of Warranty:
This warranty only applies to computers and or computer parts exclusively purchased from Smart Tech Solution LLC and does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. The warranty is void if the customer attempts to repair or modify the product without Smart Tech Solution LLC's approval.
5.2. External Accessories:
External accessories, such as peripherals and non-essential components, are not covered under this warranty.
